I lead large-scale randomized evaluations of programs that accelerate student learning, expand career pathways, and change students' life trajectories.
My work focuses on understanding how schools and community programs shape young people's outcomes through evidence-based interventions: tutoring that strengthens academic skills, career experiences that broaden opportunities, and personalized supports that keep students engaged. Through partnerships with schools, government agencies, and nonprofits, I generate rigorous research that translates directly into improved policy and practice.
